- •Zenoti is seeking a Sr.
- •Product Specialist to help customers adopt their cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry.
- •This role involves defining requirements, driving demos, and configuring the software to meet client business needs.
- •Key Responsibilities Work with customers to define requirements and help them adopt Zenoti solutions.
- •Drive demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with customers.
- •Configure Zenoti to meet customer business scenarios.
- •Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- •Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market dynamics.
- •Requirements 6-9 years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products.
- •Strong software exposure and ability to master product functionality.
- •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- •Ability to manage and work across multiple projects.
- •Good understanding of MS Office, JIRA, Basecamp applications.
