About the role
TL;DR
Ensure scalable onboarding of enterprise customers by building and maintaining infrastructure and platform.
- •Ensure ZeitMind can handle onboarding 10 new enterprise customers per week by building the sync layer, cutting onboarding time, and making the agent fast and reliable.
- •Key Responsibilities Build the sync layer for millions of rows from ERP, CRM, and homegrown systems.
- •Cut onboarding time by abstracting data sources for agent compatibility.
- •Design tools for concurrent and safe work execution.
- •Route data safely between customer networks and ours.
- •Build guardrails for correctness with automatic checks and validation tooling.
- •Keep the platform simple by choosing boring technology where appropriate.
- •Requirements Lead architect or equivalent experience with strong TypeScript and cloud infrastructure experience.
- •English C1 or above; German a plus.
