About the role
TL;DR
Technical partner for financial institutions, driving payment solutions and integrations.
- •As a Solutions Engineer
- •Financial Institutions, you will join the Customer Solutions Team within Yuno's Go-To-Market division.
- •You will serve as the primary technical partner for banks and financial institutions, helping them unlock the full value of the Yuno platform across complex and highly regulated environments.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end partner journey
- •from pre-sales to go-live and beyond.
- •Partner with Sales to design smart, scalable payment solutions tailored to partner needs.
- •Lead API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs) and get partners live fast.
- •Serve as a trusted technical advisor for bank stakeholders at all levels.
- •Solve complex technical challenges and unblock integrations quickly.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or equivalent technical role within payments, fintech, or financial services.
- •Direct experience engaging banks, neobanks, or regulated financial institutions.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Experience with integration processes and working with APIs.
- •Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
