- •Yuno is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead their Integrations team, responsible for connecting Yuno's platform to PSPs, acquirers, and payment gateways globally.
- •This role involves owning technical direction, delivery, and team growth in a fast-paced environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the technical evolution of Yuno's APIs and payment integrations.
- •Hire, mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- •Own system and integration architecture, contributing hands-on to development and code reviews.
- •Drive best practices in API design, testing, performance, and security.
- •Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Payments teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- •Requirements Proven experience managing and growing engineering teams.
- •Strong ability to drive technical decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- •Experience in payments companies or with PSP integrations.
- •Deep experience with payments infrastructure.
- •Hands-on backend engineering experience in Java, Golang, Kotlin, or similar.
- •Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and APIs.
- •Experience with AI-assisted coding and automated testing using LLMs.
