- •We are seeking a seasoned Staff Software Engineer to develop AI-enabled products and analytics experiences for our Corporate organization.
- •This role involves architecting and developing full-stack applications, focusing on scalable distributed systems and high-quality user experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Own features and systems end-to-end for our Corporate Insight Agent.
- •Serve as a subject matter expert across the stack, with mentorship in AI-native development and systems design.
- •Collaborate with Product Management and business stakeholders to shape requirements and revamp business processes.
- •Drive initiatives proactively, defining what gets built and how to execute effectively.
- •Balance rapid prototyping with long-term engineering rigor.
- •Requirements 6+ years of hands-on software development experience shipping customer-facing applications.
- •Hands-on experience building production AI systems and optimizing AI agents.
- •Stack-flexible: comfortable working across TypeScript, Python, React, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- •Strong full stack engineering fundamentals, including user experiences, backend systems, observability, and workflows.
- •AI-accelerated workflow, actively using AI coding tools.
