- •YipitData is seeking a passionate, solutions-oriented Commercial Counsel to join its legal team.

- •Key Responsibilities Develop contract negotiation and drafting skills to close deals, guiding commercial teams through the deal lifecycle.
- •Navigate new problems and conceive novel contracting frameworks in a rapidly changing environment.
- •Enhance processes, efficiency, and best practices for contract management.
- •Collaborate with teams to facilitate contract reviews and internal processes.
- •Evaluate and advise on appropriate legal courses of action to meet company and business unit needs.
- •Requirements Law degree (JD or equivalent) from a top law school, licensed to practice in New York. 3-5 years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney, with business contract drafting and negotiation strongly preferred.
- •Excitement and determination to work on commercial contracts with legal and financial/commercial issues.
- •Stellar attention to detail and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- •Ability to thrive in the unknown, think creatively, and handle new responsibilities independently.
