Data Infrastructure Engineer to analyze autonomous driving data and build data infrastructure.
- •XPENG is seeking a Data Infrastructure Engineer with an engineering background and development skills to analyze massive datasets from autonomous driving to identify and resolve safety or comfort-impacting corner cases.
- •You will leverage in-house toolchains and collaborate with ML Engineers and the Annotation Team to apply data-centric AI principles.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify edge cases in autonomous driving functionality by analyzing massive datasets.
- •Resolve edge cases using in-house toolchains and collaborating with ML Engineers & Annotation Team.
- •Monitor efficiency metrics in edge case resolving, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements.
- •Build and maintain scalable data lake and data warehouse infrastructure.
- •Manage data quality, schemas, metadata, access controls, and system performance.
- •Requirements BS in Computer Science or related fields (or relevant experience). 3+ years industrial experience in the related field.
- •Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- •Passionate about autonomous driving technology.
- •Familiar with SQL and prior experience with Python.
