TL;DR
Maintain facilities, including offices, support buildings, and grounds.
- •SpaceXAI is building and operating one of the world’s largest AI training campuses in Memphis.
- •As a Facilities Technician, you are the hands-on crew that keeps offices, support buildings, and grounds in exceptional working condition.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform routine building maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of plumbing, HVAC, electrical/transformers, and carpentry requests.
- •Conduct maintenance of assigned interior and exterior areas, including painting, patching walls, and replacing fixtures.
- •Respond to work tickets for leaks, HVAC issues, electrical problems, and general break/fix.
- •Support campus-wide operations and maintenance programs.
- •Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts when needed.
- •Requirements High school diploma or equivalency certificate. 2+ years of experience with facilities maintenance.
- •Experience with plumbing systems, HVAC troubleshooting, basic electrical maintenance, and carpentry maintenance.
- •Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
- •Ability to work at elevated heights and participate in on-call rotation.
