- •We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and technical leader to turn rapidly evolving generative technology into practical techniques that help filmmakers make more ambitious work.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with generative model providers to test early access to upcoming models and assess creative readiness.
- •Develop and harden institutional knowledge base of AI filmmaking techniques into repeatable studio capabilities.
- •Read and break down scripts to identify scenes where AI can expand creative options or solve practical constraints.
- •Turn proven techniques into dependable production workflows by leading prototypes and deployments.
- •Integrate established creative tools and infrastructure, defining quality, cost, and reliability benchmarks.
- •Requirements Significant experience in VFX, post-production, animation, creative technology, or production engineering.
- •Hands-on knowledge of generative and traditional VFX image and video systems, APIs, and platforms like ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.
- •Demonstrated track record of taking emerging technology from early evaluation to dependable workflow.
- •Comfort working directly with directors, producers, artists, and engineers.
- •Excellent communication and teaching skills.
