- •Forward Deployed Engineers partner with enterprise customers to design, build, deploy, and iterate AI agents that integrate with customer systems and operate reliably in production.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria Translate open-ended problems into technical designs and implementations Build and integrate AI agents with customer systems and data flows Own deployments, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement Test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate Requirements 5+ years in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles Strong software design and system thinking fundamentals Experience across systems, integrations, and data flows Comfort working directly with customers and ambiguous problems Curiosity about building practical AI-powered systems
