- •Wolt is seeking a sharp, analytical, and business-minded Strategy & Operations Manager to build and scale a new business vertical in Greece.

- •Key Responsibilities Translate business goals into actionable workstreams and prioritize initiatives.
- •Develop and optimize scalable processes for sales, onboarding, and account management.
- •Monitor performance, analyze trends, and deliver insights to improve customer experience and sales.
- •Provide analytical support for pricing, partnerships, and new business opportunities.
- •Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or related analytical roles.
- •Bachelor's degree in statistics, analytics, economics, data science, or a related discipline preferred.
- •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- •Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker), SQL, and/or operational platforms.
- •Fluent in Greek and English.
