- •Clutch is building AI agents for credit unions.
- •This role owns one agent end to end, from discovery to production.
- •Key Responsibilities Ramp on the agent portfolio and on the credit unions that matter most over the next six months Rapidly prototype and live trial different agents and use cases Take ownership of one agent and its roadmap, and build a working relationship with your engineering and commercial counterparts Join customer conversations and go to at least 2 on-site visits, and start forming your own view of the customer and the product Meet the internal buyers' counterparts at our largest partners and understand who owns what inside a credit union Requirements Product sense above all.
- •You have strong product judgement, taste and customer intuition Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills Experience in AI or fintech is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills
