- •Wing is looking for a Senior Permitting Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team working remotely, based in the Central or Western US.
- •In this role, you will lead the strategic development and execution of our site permitting program.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end permitting initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
- •Actively shape the regulatory landscape.
- •Architect unified work scopes by delegating to and collaborating with internal engineering teams.
- •Apply a strong analytical mindset to test assumptions and forecast potential regulatory bottlenecks.
- •Continuously challenge the status quo to identify opportunities to optimize the permitting process.
- •Requirements 8+ years of strategic experience securing construction, land use, and ordinance-based site permits.
- •Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field.
- •Demonstrated ability to link operational permitting decisions to broader business impact and financial goals.
