- •We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to play a key role in our Controllership team, owning the monthly financial close for multiple entities and contributing to the accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement of Wildlife's financial reporting.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and coordinate the monthly financial close for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- •Oversee the preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations, investigating variances and unusual transactions.
- •Partner with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Business teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of complex transactions.
- •Identify and quickly implement process improvements and automation opportunities in the closing cycle.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- •Solid experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting.
- •Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
- •Proven experience owning timely monthly close processes end-to-end across multiple entities.
- •Solid understanding of consolidation concepts, including intercompany eliminations, FX/CTA, and multi-entity structures.
