- •WHOOP is seeking a Director of Product Management, Hardware to define the future of its hardware products.
- •This leader will set the portfolio vision and strategy, lead a team of Product Managers, and translate member needs and emerging technologies into innovative hardware.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and champion a compelling vision, strategy, and roadmap for WHOOP hardware.
- •Lead and inspire a high-performing Hardware Product Management team.
- •Shape how hardware unlocks WHOOP's broader sensing, software, data, algorithm, and coaching experiences.
- •Own product definition and outcomes from discovery through launch and lifecycle.
- •Partner across Engineering, Design, and Operations to create exceptional products.
- •Requirements 6+ years of product management experience, including leadership in consumer hardware, connected devices, or wearables.
- •Proven track record of launching complex hardware products.
- •Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing Product Management teams.
- •Strong technical fluency across hardware architecture, sensors, embedded systems, and manufacturing.
- •Exceptional product judgment and ability to shape portfolio strategy.
