- •As a Senior Product Designer, you'll operate as an architect, shaping product direction, setting the design standard, and driving impact across our flagship application.
- •You'll be a go-to voice on the team: the designer others seek out for perspective, guidance, and creative problem-solving.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead design direction across major product initiatives, from early problem framing through shipping Serve as a design lead across the full product development cycle, owning product surfaces end to end Partner with and influence engineering, product, and research beyond your immediate scope Establish and evolve the design patterns and principles that elevate the team's product work Bring emerging technology (AI, ML, conversational interfaces) into the work in ways that are genuinely useful, not just novel Requirements 7+ years in UX or product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft, attention to detail, and strategic impact Relentless attention to the details that make an experience feel right: typography, spacing, hierarchy, motion, and interaction feel Strong UX judgment: flows, states, edge cases, and systems thinking, not just visuals A track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept to launch with minimal oversight Comfortable bringing your own designs to life with AI-assisted tools, or eager to learn.
