Product Manager to own and deliver AI Driver product work packages end-to-end.
- •Wayve is seeking a Product Manager, AI Driver to own a critical work package within the AI Driver product.
- •You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end, setting technical direction and driving priorities across engineering, AI research, and program management.
- •Key Responsibilities Independently own a substantial work package end-to-end, defining the problem, strategy, and sequencing work.
- •Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and PMs without formal authority.
- •Engage deeply with technical detail across AI/ML, autonomy, and embodied AI.
- •Translate R&D progress and customer needs into a clear product roadmap.
- •Communicate crisply across various audiences, from technical reviews to executive updates.
- •Requirements Demonstrated ability to independently own a work package and lead a cross-functional team.
- •Strong technical depth in AI/ML, autonomy, robotics, or a similar deep-tech domain.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong listening abilities.
- •Proven track record in product management, technical program management, or a similar role on complex technical products.
- •High autonomy, strong judgment, and a bias for action.
