About the role
TL;DR
Lead development of scalable healthcare technology solutions.
- •Lead the development of scalable, high-performance healthcare technology solutions.
- •Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and lead the development of scalable, high-performance systems using event-driven architectures.
- •Design and implement real-time data pipelines and hybrid batch/stream systems.
- •Integrate and process healthcare data standards such as FHIR, CCDA, and HL7 V2/V3.
- •Optimize system performance and reduce infrastructure costs.
- •Lead migration/modernization efforts while ensuring seamless customer transitions.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred). 5-7 years in software engineering.
- •Proficiency in Python and Java, with experience in modern frameworks (e.g., Flask/FastAPI, Spring Boot).
- •Mastery of event-driven architectures (Kafka, Kinesis), distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Kubernetes).
