Develop and optimize computational kernels for custom HPC hardware.
•Develop and optimize core computational kernels for Vorticity's new Scientific Processing Units (SPUs) to push the boundaries of High-Performance Computing (HPC).
•You will work across abstraction layers, from mathematical descriptions to low-level parallel software and hardware execution.
•Key Responsibilities Implement and parallelize scientific applications using Vorticity's proprietary SDK.
•Develop and optimize performance-critical kernels for the SPU architecture.
•Own iterative performance optimization loops, benchmarking, and profiling.
•Collaborate with architecture and performance teams on software and hardware solutions.
•Requirements 5+ years of experience in modern C++ (CUDA C++ strongly preferred).
•Ability to understand numerical algorithms and translate mathematical descriptions into implementations.
•Strong understanding of computer architecture and software-hardware interaction.
•Proficiency with C++, Python, and Linux development environments.
