- •Forward Deployed Engineers are responsible for deploying and managing Voiceline's AI-powered voice messaging and documentation platform in the field.
- •Key Responsibilities Deploy and configure Voiceline's platform in various field environments.
- •Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time.
- •Provide on-site training and support to clients.
- •Document deployment processes and maintain technical documentation.
- •Requirements Proven experience in DevOps and infrastructure management.
- •Strong understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS.
- •Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
- •Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
