Build and scale integrations for Vitable's Benefits Platform.
- •Vitable is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to build and scale integrations for their Benefits Platform, connecting with payroll providers, HRIS systems, and other third-party systems.
- •This role requires strong backend engineering, product judgment, and ownership.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain critical integrations with third-party systems.
- •Automate employee and payroll workflows, including syncing, eligibility, and deductions.
- •Own projects end-to-end from discovery to iteration.
- •Collaborate with product, operations, and business stakeholders to understand needs.
- •Requirements 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- •Experience designing and building backend systems or third-party integrations.
- •Proficiency in Python and strong understanding of backend system design.
- •Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data synchronization systems.
- •Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.
