TL;DR
Owns the customer feedback loop into product development, leveraging AI.
- •Virtuous is seeking a Product Operations Manager to own the loop of customer feedback into product development.
- •This role will translate customer insights from various channels into clear, prioritized work for engineering, ensuring the voice of the customer is a key input to product strategy.
- •Key Responsibilities Transform customer feedback into prioritized, well-defined engineering tasks.
- •Manage the pipeline for capturing and structuring signal from support, CX, CSMs, sales, and customers.
- •Build and tune AI-powered pipelines to enrich, tag, cluster, and summarize feedback.
- •Identify patterns in customer issues to inform roadmap decisions and permanent solutions.
- •Partner with Product Managers on prioritizing customer-facing work based on impact.
- •Requirements Proven experience building AI-enabled workflows and shipping them to users. 5+ years of experience at the intersection of customers, product, and technology.
- •Strong customer empathy and willingness to engage with detailed customer issues.
- •Ability to create structure from ambiguity and ship V1 solutions quickly.
- •Excellent written communication skills for translating customer stories into actionable engineering tasks.
