Support the Authentication Team Leader in ensuring product quality and authenticity.
- •Vestiaire Collective is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support our Authentication Team Leader at our Crawley warehouse.
- •This role involves assisting in the supervision of authenticators and QC specialists, ensuring all products meet strict quality and authenticity standards.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the Team Leader in daily supervision, mentorship, and scheduling of the Authentication and QC team.
- •Conduct and support product authentication and quality control checks.
- •Track and report on team performance against key metrics.
- •Maintain expert-level knowledge of product authenticity indicators.
- •Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
- •Requirements Proven experience in a lead or senior role, preferably within a warehouse or quality control environment.
- •Demonstrated expertise in product authentication, with an exceptional eye for detail.
- •Strong organizational and time management skills.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- •Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
