About the role
TL;DR
Build and improve tools for Go-to-Market teams, focusing on automation and data reliability.
- •As a member of our Business Systems Engineering team, you will build or improve tools that are used daily by Go to Market teams.
- •Our goal is to find bottlenecks and friction points, and drive process improvements as well as come up with technical solutions.
- •Our team is the custodian of data that is used by sales, order, finance, support teams.

- •This role requires you to be onsite at our HQ in San Mateo, CA.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement technical solutions that will span between AWS, Salesforce and NetSuite Improve systems observability and invest in reliability & correctness of data Develop customer empathy to propose improvements to systems Lead projects from ideation to release Help and mentor junior engineers Requirements 5+ years of software engineering with a focus on distributed systems at scale Shipped customer facing products or internal tools in the past Flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced startup environment Passion for observability and reliability In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing AWS Cloud experience touching foundational blocks like: Kubernetes, Fargate, Lambda, Airflow, Athena, DynamoDB, VPC, and EC2.
