About the role
TL;DR
Build and improve tools for Go-to-Market teams, focusing on data pipelines and automation.
- •As a member of our Business Systems Engineering team, you will build or improve tools that are used daily by Go to Market teams.
- •Our goal is to find bottlenecks and friction points, and drive process improvements as well as come up with technical solutions.
- •Our team is the custodian of data that is used by sales, order, finance, support teams.
- •We emphasize automation over operation, metrics over anecdotes, iteration over perfection and being proactive over responsive.
- •Key Responsibilities Engineer and maintain platforms and data pipelines that read, mutate and write data at scale.
- •Determine architecture for systems that deal with multiple external vendors as well as internal systems.
- •Collaborate with different GTM teams and advise on the right engineering solution to business problems.
- •Use LLMs to help evaluate data state and create artifacts for users to quickly consume data.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. 5+ years of software engineering with a focus on data systems In-depth expertise in distributed systems and data processing Advanced skill in Python and SQL.
- •Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week.
