- •Vega is seeking exceptional performers from MBB or investing firms to join their team in London.
- •This role focuses on developing an operator's toolkit across Product & Growth, driving innovation in private markets.
- •Key Responsibilities Own an area of the product, from vision to delivery, at the intersection of AI and private markets infrastructure.
- •Drive growth initiatives and special projects, including enterprise GTM, new office openings, and building new ventures.
- •Collaborate with engineers to build and deliver product features.
- •Develop and maintain relationships with senior external stakeholders.
- •Requirements 1 to 4 years of experience in MBB or top-tier IB/PE firm.
- •Proven track record of excellence and high agency with a self-starter mentality.
- •Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
- •Comfortable with ownership and driving execution independently.
