Senior Data Scientist to build product data assets and leverage AI for insights.
- •Vanta is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build and maintain product data assets, leverage AI-powered analytics tools, and define measurement frameworks.
- •You will partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure analytics needs are met.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted product data assets using dbt, Snowflake, and modern analytics infrastructure.
- •Leverage AI-powered analytics tools and data agents to accelerate insight generation and scale decision-making.
- •Define and evolve measurement frameworks for product health, customer lifecycle, and AI-powered product experiences.
- •Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to influence product strategy through data.
- •Lead executive analytics reviews, translating complex analyses into clear recommendations.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Product Analyst, or Analytics Engineer.
- •Strong foundation in SQL, Python (or R), statistics, and machine learning.
- •Experience building scalable data assets and analytical frameworks on modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, dbt).
- •Experience using modern AI-assisted analytics tools or LLM-powered workflows.
- •Deep understanding of product analytics, customer behavior, and B2B SaaS growth metrics.
