TL;DR
Drive customer expansion and retention by building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- •Vanta is seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive the expansion and retention of their APAC customers by building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- •This role focuses on post-sale commercial conversations, including upsells and renewals, to help customers mature their compliance and security programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- •Manage the entire sales cycle of expansion or renewal opportunities from first meeting to close.
- •Collaborate on account plans to identify new opportunities for expansion and increase customer platform usage.
- •Accurately forecast monthly expansion and churn, and maintain a clean SFDC instance.
- •Provide a consultative approach in architecting solutions to meet customer needs.
- •Requirements 5+ years in Account Management, full cycle sales, or related roles.
- •Strong ability to prospect and drive expansion pipeline from a set book of current customers.
- •Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual).
- •Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust.
- •Able to effectively collaborate with a wide range of departments.
