- •Join VanishID's Operations team as a Business Operations Associate to support finance, revenue, and operations functions.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the monthly close of financials by tracking down various items across the company Support accounts receivable and payable: track outstanding invoices, support the team to get them paid, and field status questions on accounts payable Support the creation of annual compensation plans across the company Support the Sales team by helping with vendor questionnaires, owning some customer payment portals, and providing credit card payment links Maintain company insurance coverage and field certificate of insurance (COI) requests Requirements 2-4 years of experience in business operations, finance, or a cross-functional support role, ideally at a startup or in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy A track record of successfully juggling many concurrent priorities across different areas Highly reliable, organized, and proactive; you follow through and communicate clearly A fast learner who picks up new tools and processes quickly and genuinely enjoys helping teammates
