- •We are seeking a Senior Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist to manage procurement and supply chain operations for our reactor construction and fuel fabrication programs, ensuring alignment with aggressive project milestones.
- •Key Responsibilities Own procurement of process and power plant equipment, specialized nuclear components, and construction materials.
- •Track and expedite critical and long-lead equipment deliveries, anticipating risks and resolving issues.
- •Support sourcing and supplier selection, including bid evaluations and vendor qualification.
- •Coordinate shipping, logistics, and delivery scheduling, including international freight and customs.
- •Ensure procurement activities comply with nuclear quality assurance requirements and trade regulations.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or expediting.
- •Hands-on experience with purchase order processing, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
- •Proficiency with ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills.
- •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor and cross-functional coordination.
