Support strategy execution and organizational growth in a leading fintech company.
- •As Upvest enters its next growth phase, this role supports the Strategy team, working directly with leadership to shape and execute company strategy, including international expansion and uncovering new business opportunities.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the company's vision and strategy to become the leading investment infrastructure in Europe.
- •Assist in developing and executing organizational strategy, including the OKR process and cross-team alignment.
- •Engage in cross-functional projects to gain deep insights into product, clients, and operations.
- •Requirements Completed 1-2 internships in high-growth companies or strategy consulting.
- •Ability to analyze complex problems, derive actionable insights, and drive outcomes.
- •Thrives in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects and adapting to new challenges.
- •Enjoys developing and articulating strategic initiatives while diving into execution details.
- •Passionate about fintech and eager to learn and transform the investment world.
