- •As the Principal Product Manager, you will co-lead this emerging platform area, shaping its strategy and capabilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Upstart’s experimentation platform.
- •Collaborate with Machine Learning, Analytics, and Engineering to build shared experimentation capabilities.
- •Create common abstractions and guardrails to improve experimentation quality and ease of use.
- •Establish a center of excellence for experimentation by defining standards and improving rigor.
- •Partner with stakeholder teams to understand needs and drive adoption of shared capabilities.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) and 7+ years of product management experience.
- •Experience owning strategy and roadmaps for technically complex software, platform, infrastructure, data, or developer-facing products.
- •Experience partnering with engineering, data science, Machine Learning, or Analytics teams.
- •Experience applying quantitative methods, including statistics, experimentation, analytics, or data science.
- •Experience developing platforms that support Machine Learning or AI workflows.
