TL;DR
Senior Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for growth engineering pods.
- •You'll join a very small, elite product team that works directly with Unify's founders and executive team.
- •You'll own what we build and why.
- •Unify is building the future of go-to-market with AI.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the product, defining what we build alongside founders with strong opinions rooted in deep customer understanding and business context.
- •Drive strategy and execution for growth engineering pods, owning the roadmap and setting priorities.
- •Ship end to end, taking ideas from napkin sketch to launched feature, measuring, and iterating.
- •Be the voice of the customer, talking to users constantly and digging into usage data.
- •Sweat the details on UX, shipping simple, elegant, and delightful products.
- •Requirements 5-8 years building product, ideally at early-stage or high-growth B2B/SaaS companies.
- •Shipped 0-to-1 products and know what it's like to build without a playbook.
- •Deep product sense and UX instinct with a track record of shipping products users love.
- •Move fast and make decisions with imperfect information, comfortable with ambiguity.
- •Technical enough to have real conversations with engineers about tradeoffs.
- •Metrics-driven, defining success upfront and letting data guide iterations.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
