- •Twin Health is seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst to manage the full revenue cycle, including daily billing, payer account management, and leading billing setup for new customers.
- •This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex billing landscapes.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable process, including claim follow-up and denial management.
- •Reconcile customer accounts and payment applications across NetSuite and billing systems.
- •Analyze payer reimbursement trends and report on payment issues.
- •Facilitate technical setup calls with new health plans and partners.
- •Identify and resolve operational and posting risks, and cross-system balancing variances.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
- •Proficiency in B2B and patient billing/collections, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- •Proven track record of managing high-velocity, complex workloads independently.
- •Exceptional ability to lead external partner meetings and translate complex billing issues.
- •Demonstrated success in prioritizing competing deadlines while maintaining 100% data accuracy.
