Define and execute the AI-powered member experience strategy for Twin Health.
- •We are looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager to define the future of Twin's member experience.
- •You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the AI-powered experiences members interact with every day—from onboarding to personalized daily guidance, Digital Twin interactions, and long-term behavior change.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Twin's member experience.
- •Deliver AI-powered experiences across app, chat, voice, and proactive surfaces.
- •Define the future of the Digital Twin experience.
- •Develop a deep understanding of member needs through user research, behavioral data, and experimentation.
- •Translate complex problems into intuitive product experiences and clear product requirements.
- •Requirements 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing mobile and web products.
- •Proven track record of defining product vision, setting strategy, and delivering products from concept to measurable outcomes.
- •Experience building AI-powered consumer experiences, ideally leveraging LLMs, conversational AI, or personalization.
- •Deep understanding of user-centered design, behavior change, engagement, and habit formation.
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
