TL;DR
Translate business challenges into customized financial solutions for enterprise clients.
- •As a Solutions Engineer at Jeeves, you will bridge the gap between product capabilities and customer needs, translating business challenges into impactful, customized solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with prospects to uncover business processes, pain points, and goals.
- •Deliver customized product demos for multiple personas, highlighting business value and process transformation.
- •Partner with prospects to evaluate integration, scalability, and data flow needs.
- •Work closely with Account Executives on strategy and deal execution.
- •Communicate customer feedback and product insights to internal teams to inform roadmap decisions.
- •Requirements 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer / Consultant role within a SaaS financial technology or ERP-related company.
- •Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, ideally with a finance or accounting background.
- •Familiarity with SaaS solution selling, including conducting technical discovery and delivering customized demos.
- •Experience engaging with enterprise clients and navigating complex deal cycles.
- •Deep understanding of ERP or financial software workflows (AP/AR, expense management, GL structures, month-end close).
- •Ability to translate business needs into product solutions, both technically and strategically.
- •Clear and confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
- •English fluency required; additional Spanish is a plus.
- •Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, startup environment.
