TL;DR
Define and execute Jeeves' stablecoin and digital asset strategy.
- •You'll own Jeeves' stablecoin and digital asset strategy, defining how blockchain rails transform cross-border payments, treasury management, and settlement for global businesses.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the stablecoin product roadmap: which rails to build on, which stablecoins to support, and how they integrate into payments and treasury workflows Build institutional-grade infrastructure that abstracts blockchain complexity while preserving speed and cost advantages for end users Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch, collaborating with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams Build products that let businesses send, receive, convert, and hold stablecoins alongside fiat across USD, EUR, BRL, MXN, and local currency corridors Design seamless on/off-ramp flows that feel as simple as traditional banking, even for users who have never touched crypto Ensure interoperability with fiat rails (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, SEPA, PIX, SPEI) so stablecoins become a natural extension of existing payment infrastructure Requirements Crypto-obsessed and deeply familiar with the stablecoin ecosystem: issuance and reserve models, on/off-ramp mechanics, fiat rail interoperability, and institutional adoption trends Experience building stablecoin or crypto payment products at a stablecoin issuer, crypto exchange, cross-border payment platform, or fintech building on blockchain rails Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in finance Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
