- •Key Responsibilities Support the drafting, review, and turnaround of commercial agreements.
- •Maintain the contract lifecycle and keep the contract repository clean.
- •Research regulatory and legal questions across LATAM markets.
- •Assist with corporate governance and entity housekeeping.
- •Build with AI tools to speed up contract review and drafting.
- •Requirements Current law student (or recent graduate) in Mexico.
- •Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
- •Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- •Genuine curiosity about fintech and regulation.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
