About the role
TL;DR
Develop and maintain high-traffic backend services for a global communication platform.
- •As a Software Engineer, Backend, you will drive the health of the platform by developing the core, high-traffic backend services that shape feature delivery and strengthen the user experience.
- •You will play a key role throughout the mobile ecosystem, from early discovery and technical planning through to release and continuous improvement.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy features for core, high-traffic backend services.
- •Take ownership of assigned projects and engineering tasks.
- •Contribute to the stability and maintainability of the production environment.
- •Collaborate to continuously improve team processes and system performance.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- •Solid foundation and relevant experience in Java, GoLang, or Scala.
- •Familiarity with the concepts of distributed systems.
- •Solid knowledge of GitHub.
- •Experience or strong exposure to building data-intensive applications.
