- •Improve reliability and observability across critical workflows.
- •Requirements 7+ years of professional experience with Node.js/TypeScript, React, and Postgres.

- •Early adopter of AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- •Effective in large organizations, building trust and untangling ownership.
- •Understands how observability impacts reliability.
