About the role
TL;DR
Build and maintain a trusted data layer and reporting foundation for the revenue organization.
- •This role is about improving the quality, speed, and confidence of decisions across the revenue organization by building a trusted reporting foundation.
- •You will translate GTM questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and recommendations.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain the curated Cortex data layer using dbt models and transformations.
- •Design a scalable transformation architecture for future datasets and use cases.
- •Define and standardize core business calculations (ARR, pipeline, conversion rates, forecasting, etc.).
- •Create and maintain the semantic layer as the company's single source of truth.
- •Build and own official dashboards, metrics, and reporting.
- •Requirements Strong SQL and hands-on data modeling experience, with dbt or an equivalent transformation framework.
- •Proven dashboard/BI craft, designing clear, decision-driving views.
- •Strong data-visualization sensibility and metric definition skills.
- •Ability to own the full data path: raw data → model → metric → dashboard.
- •Business-oriented approach to translating GTM/RevOps questions into data.
