About the role
TL;DR
Deploy and build TRM's AI intelligence platform for national security customers.
- •As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with TRM's national-security customers, deploying our platform into their environments and building what the mission actually needs.
- •This is a generalist engineering role requiring a broad range of technical skills.
- •Key Responsibilities Deploy, integrate, and operate TRM's platform inside customer environments.
- •Translate customer needs into working software, including integrations, data pipelines, and prototypes.
- •Deliver across application code, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, databases, and data flow.
- •Act as the technical bridge back to TRM's product and engineering teams.
- •Diagnose and resolve hard problems in constrained environments.
- •Requirements Strong programming ability in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript, with AI fluency.
- •Hands-on Kubernetes experience (deploying, debugging).
- •Production AWS experience.
- •Working fluency with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
- •Demonstrated ability to deliver outside of a primary specialty.
- •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
