About the role
TL;DR
Owns technical customer onboarding and integration with hospital systems.
- •We're hiring an Implementation Engineer to own the technical side of customer onboarding
- •configuring our platform, integrating it with hospital systems (EHRs, data warehouses, and other clinical/IT systems), and making sure every new customer goes live smoothly.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end technical implementation for new customers.
- •Build and troubleshoot integrations with hospital/health-system systems.
- •Work directly with hospital IT, informatics, and clinical operations teams.
- •Debug data and connectivity issues across the stack.
- •Write and maintain clear implementation documentation.
- •Requirements 1+ years of experience in implementation, integration, or solutions engineering for a SaaS product.
- •Comfort working directly with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.
- •Working knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP), data formats (JSON/XML), and basic scripting (Python/JavaScript or similar).
- •Strong ownership mentality and sharp troubleshooting instincts.
