Own end-to-end product design for a growing utility field operations platform.
- •Treeswift is seeking its first full-time design hire to define and own end-to-end product design across their web platform and hardware interfaces.
- •This role offers significant ownership and the chance to build the design function from the ground up in an early-stage, mission-driven company.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end product design from discovery to post-launch iteration.
- •Design interfaces for complex, data-dense geospatial and imagery data.
- •Build and maintain scalable product and design systems.
- •Partner closely with product, engineering, and customer teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of professional product design experience, including complex B2B enterprise software.
- •Portfolio showcasing strong craft in interaction, information, and visual design for data-dense interfaces.
- •Comfort operating as a senior IC and leader, with hands-on prototyping and design file creation skills.
- •Demonstrated comfort with ambiguity and excitement for early-stage environments.
- •Fluency in designing and maintaining production design systems.
