Lead clinical pharmacology strategy and study execution for drug development programs.
- •The Associate Director / Director of Clinical Pharmacology will lead the design and execution of clinical pharmacology studies to inform clinical development, supporting Phase 1 studies and early development assessments.
- •This role is crucial for guiding development decisions through data interpretation and collaboration.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement clinical pharmacology strategies for IND, first-in-human, proof-of-concept, and registrational studies.
- •Develop and execute clinical pharmacology plans, including PK/PD modeling and exposure-response analyses.
- •Oversee PK sample management, bioanalytical testing, and data integration.
- •Represent Clinical Pharmacology in cross-functional program teams and contribute to regulatory documentation.
- •Requirements PhD, PharmD, or MD in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline. 5+ years of clinical pharmacology experience in biotech/pharma, including leadership roles.
- •Expertise in clinical pharmacology strategy, PK/PD principles, and modeling.
- •Experience overseeing PK sample management and bioanalytical testing.
- •Oncology experience strongly preferred.
