About the role
TL;DR
Lead AI Services practice, design and scale AI-powered ITSM solutions.
- •Toptal is seeking a VP of AI Services to lead their AI-driven IT service transformation practice.
- •This client-facing executive role will own the design, delivery, and scaling of AI-powered ITSM solutions, focusing on ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, and P&L for the AI Services practice.
- •Develop repeatable service offerings and delivery frameworks applying AI to ITIL processes.
- •Serve as the executive-level AI advisor to key clients, engaging C-suite stakeholders.
- •Oversee the architecture and delivery of ServiceNow AI solutions.
- •Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of AI architects and consultants.
- •Requirements 10+ years of IT services experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- •Proven track record of building or scaling an ITSM or AI-focused practice.
- •Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow (ITSM Pro, ITOM, Virtual Agent, or Now Assist).
- •Deep, applied knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks.
- •Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, or ML within ITSM or IT Operations environments.
