- •Toptal is seeking a Director of Partnerships Operations to lead strategic initiatives for growing their Services business.
- •This role will focus on developing the Partnerships strategy and operating model, working closely with Services Leadership and cross-functional teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing reviews.
- •Own partner onboarding and administration processes, including registrations and documentation.
- •Build and manage the operating infrastructure for a rapidly expanding ecosystem of partners.
- •Coordinate cross-functional inputs to drive partnerships forward and ensure timely deliverables.
- •Develop scalable processes and tooling to improve efficiency and visibility across the partnership portfolio.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in partnerships operations, business operations, or a related field.
- •Proven experience managing strategic projects and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
- •Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- •Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- •Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Suite, BigQuery, and Slack.
