TL;DR
Owns products from idea to customer adoption, working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- •As a Product Manager at Topsort, you'll own products from idea to customer adoption.
- •You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to identify customer problems, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the product lifecycle from discovery, prioritization, launch, and iteration.
- •Work directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams to understand problems and identify opportunities.
- •Define product requirements and partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.
- •Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, and business goals.
- •Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business metrics to continuously improve the product.
- •Requirements API & Integration Fluency: Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, technical constraints, and how software systems connect.
- •Technical Product Judgment: Ability to evaluate tradeoffs, ask strong technical questions, and help teams make practical decisions.
- •Stakeholder Orchestration: Strong ability to work across engineering, GTM, customers, and external partners.
- •Execution Under Ambiguity: Comfort operating in an environment where requirements are incomplete and priorities shift quickly.
- •Customer & Partner-Facing Mindset: Experience working with enterprise customers, partners, or external stakeholders.
