- •Toast is seeking a Product leader to own the product strategy and roadmap for international partners, driving strategic partner projects to win and retain more restaurants.
- •This role will have a direct impact on how Toast serves customers in new markets.
- •Key Responsibilities Define, prioritize, and deliver an integration partner roadmap initiatives.
- •Champion field research & validation with customers in all markets.
- •Partner closely with Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Dev Rel.
- •Develop and track key metrics and KPIs for partner performance.
- •Align Engineering, Security, Data, Research, Design, Care/Onboarding, and GTM partners.
- •Requirements ~8+ years shipping complex software products with demonstrated ownership of multi-team programs or a major product portfolio.
- •Proven track record taking a product from discovery through prototype and pilot to scale.
- •Exemplary stakeholder management and ability to align external partners and internal stakeholders.
- •Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication.
- •At least Bachelors degree required.
