Assist customers in the sale of business loans over the phone.
- •As a Business Finance Specialist at Tide, you will assist customers in the sale of business loans over the phone.
- •You will focus on achieving monthly loan disbursal and telesales productivity targets while maintaining high service quality and operational excellence.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist customers by promoting and selling financial products via outbound and inbound calls.
- •Achieve assigned monthly loan disbursal and productivity targets.
- •Maintain high accuracy and efficiency while processing customer interactions.
- •Ensure strict adherence to compliance guidelines and prevent mis-selling or fraud.
- •Maintain updated and accurate records of customer communication and sales progress.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2+ years of experience in telesales, preferably in credit products such as loans and credit cards.
- •Strong communication and telesales skills.
- •Ability to understand customer needs and effectively pitch financial products.
- •Assist customers in the sale of a range of financial products over the phone.
